What you’ll be doing
* Designing and developing commercially strong textile products
* Managing the full product lifecycle from idea → production
* Working closely with manufacturing (UK) and suppliers (India)
* Supporting seasonal ranges, forward planning, and timelines
* Creating specs, samples, and ensuring quality standards
* Improving existing product lines and driving innovation
What we need
* Solid understanding of manufacturing processes
* Ability to manage timelines, critical paths, and workload
* Commercial awareness (costs, margins, retailer expectations)
