We are hiring a Program Manager who will:
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement, setting goals and being accountable for them.
* Drive cultural change by championing a continuous improvement mindset and staying at the forefront of industry best practices.
* Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives aligned with organizational strategy and long-term goals.
* Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring the delivery of new products or services focused on program goals.
* Manage budgets and funding channels, guaranteeing uninterrupted delivery of services.
* Plan, design, and proactively monitor program progress, resolving issues and taking corrective action.
* Develop evaluation methods to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
* Facilitate communication with stakeholders, ensuring transparency regarding project issues and decisions.
* Manage risks, dependencies, and interfaces between projects for successful program outcomes.
* Work with the business change manager on transitioning to the new business as usual position.
* Coordinate SLA and OLA creations, interacting with business and technical teams.
* Report program progress regularly to the Program Steering Committee.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Minimum 5 years of experience running agile projects
* Proven proposal writing and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience managing teams and knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.
* Ability to advise project teams and create a sense of community among team members.
* Strong problem-solving skills and customer and business relationship management abilities.
* Collaboration experience with multidisciplinary and distributed teams.
* Good knowledge of budgeting, allocation procedures, planning, monitoring, and controlling programs.
* Familiarity with program, project and change management methods (MSP, PRINCE2, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, ADKAR).
* Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and JIRA as well as experience with SF Commerce Cloud/ any core clouds
* Experience in Retail
