Position: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Brackmills, Northampton
Shift patterns: Monday-Friday. Day time hours (08:00-16:00 or 09:00-17:00)
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
**Please note: You will be required to undergo a Metropolitan Police Security Clearance Check and a Basic Criminal Record Check. It is mandatory that you have 3 years housing history within the UK**

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Act as the key point of contact for customers, ensuring effective communication across all areas of the organisation's operations
* To ensure customer satisfaction and a high quality of service are maintained at all time
* Maintain and audit the relevant IT system/s
* Ensure all enquiries are investigated, resolved and answered promptly within the Customer Service guidelines of a 5 day resolution time
* Make decisions on and process customer requests for direct issues, special picks and emergencies, liaising with all associated departments
* Act as a point of contact between internal departments and customers, ensuring information is disseminated to both
✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* Experience of working in a customer service function with both Web and telephone enabled CRM systems
* Experience of dealing with customers all over the country
* Experience of using Customer Relationship Management software / programs
* Excellent communication skills - Verbal and written
* Strong level of IT literacy skills - Systems and Microsoft packages
* For this job you will be required to go through a Metropolitan Police Security Clearance Check and a Basic Criminal Record Check
