Job Duties:
The KS1 Teacher in Windsor is responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons to Key Stage 1 students, assessing their progress, and providing feedback to support their learning. The teacher will create a positive and inclusive learning environment, manage classroom behaviour effectively, and collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the academic and social development of students.
Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must possess Qualified Teacher Status, have previous teaching experience, demonstrate a passion for teaching, and hold an Enhanced DBS certificate.
Education:
A relevant teaching qualification and ongoing professional development in the field of education are required for this role.
Experience:
Previous experience teaching Key Stage 1 students is essential for this position.
Knowledge and Skills:
The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum, excellent time management skills, effective communication abilities, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional certifications or training related to primary education would be beneficial for this role.
Working Conditions:
The KS1 Teacher in Windsor will work in a school setting, following the academic calendar and school hours. The role may involve some extracurricular activities, parent meetings, and professional development sessions.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
