Payroll - Systems Administrator
We are recruiting for a very busy, family-run business in Grimsby.
A detail-oriented and proactive Systems/Payroll Administrator is required to support payroll operations and maintain both the payroll (iTrent) and time & attendance (Quinyx) systems. This role is ideal for someone with strong systems experience within a payroll environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure accuracy of data in the Time & Attendance system (Quinyx).
2. Support site users with system queries, training, and setup.
3. Validate and prepare data for upload into the payroll system (iTrent).
4. Maintain and update payroll system data in collaboration with HR.
5. Assist with weekly/monthly payroll processing and provide holiday cover.

8. Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise tasks.
9. Excellentmunication and problem-solving skills.
10. Confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive data.
11. Previous payroll administration experience.
12. Strong systems knowledge and Excel proficiency.
13. Experience in high-volume payroll environments.
This will be 100% in the office.
