Are you an experienced administrator looking for your next challenge?
We’re seeking a detail-oriented individual to support the Regional team, manage enquiry folders, maintain trackers, and ensure all administrative processes run smoothly from proposal to project handover. If you thrive in a fast-paced office environment and have a keen eye for accuracy, we want to hear from you!
Manage regional enquiries, maintain CRM records, and keep internal trackers up-to-date
Support the sales process: issue proposals, process orders, check quotes, and follow up on quotations under £10k
Liaise confidently with customers, business developers, internal teams, and Finance
Provide top-notch technical and commercial admin support, including credit checks and payment tracking
Hand over projects seamlessly to our Design Team, ensuring every detail is captured
What you’ll bring:
Previous administration experience – construction industry preferred but not essential
GCSEs required, A-Levels a plus
Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
Highly organised, numerate, and attentive to detail
Proficient in MS Office; CRM knowledge a bonus
A real team player who can prioritise, take initiative, and smash deadlines
