We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Nurse Manager (RGN/Midwife) who’s ready to step into a key leadership role and help shape a high-performing team in one of the UK’s most advanced fertility environments. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead the day-to-day operations of the clinic, managing the nursing team with a strong focus on clinical excellence, patient safety, and full HFEA/CQC compliance. Deliver personalised patient care, including consultations, treatment planning, medication administration, theatre assistance, and scan support. Foster a positive, motivated team culture while supporting the continuous growth and innovation of the clinic’s services. Champion ongoing professional development, ensuring high standards across clinical practice and patient experience.What We’re Looking For: A Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Midwife with active NMC registration. Fertility nursing experience is essential. Ultrasound scanning experience is required. Independent Prescriber qualification is desirable but not essential. You may already be a Nurse Manager or a Deputy Nurse Manager looking for your next step within leadership.
