They're currently looking for an experienced Paraplanner to join their collaborative team.
This opportunity is available across three offices - Exeter, Plymouth, and Weston-super-Mare - with flexible and hybrid working arrangements on offer.
The Role
As a Paraplanner, you'll be a vital part of the advice process, working closely with Financial Planners to research, analyse and produce tailored recommendations and high-quality reports for clients. Your diligence and insight will directly support clients in achieving long-term financial security and peace of mind.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Financial Planners to conduct thorough research and analyse client needs
- Prepare accurate, compliant financial planning reports, including cashflow modelling and product recommendations
- Research financial products, markets, and legislative updates to support advice suitability
- Documenting, tracking and managing paraplanning workflow
- Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory standards and industry best practice
- Attend client meetings where required, offering technical input and insights
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Paraplanner within financial planning or wealth management
- Strong knowledge of FCA regulations and paraplanning best practice
- High attention to detail and a methodical, analytical mindset
- Good communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS) essential; Advanced Diploma (APFS) desirable
- Experience using Intelliflo Office or similar platforms preferred
