We are looking to recruit a Education, Health and Care (EHC) Service Manager Administrator in North Northamptonshire Council. This is an exciting and varied opportunity working within the statutory Education, Health and Care Team.
The role is fast-paced, supporting the EHC Service Manager with administration duties related to statutory assessment and recruitment processes. Training on our in-house systems will be provided.

This position offers a hybrid working model, combining office and remote work, with at least one day per week in the office at Tithe Barn Road, Wellingborough NN8 1BN.
Responsibilities include:
1. Providing comprehensive and confidential business support to the EHC team.
2. Acting as the first point of contact for service users and professionals.
3. Coordinating and managing communications, including inbox management, meetings, minute-taking, and document updates.
4. Collaborating with team members to ensure continuity of support for the EHC Service.
Ideal candidates will be team players with strong interpersonal and customer service skills, capable of effective communication across various mediums. Experience in an administrative or business support role within a large organization, especially under pressure, is desirable. Skills in planning, prioritizing workloads, and using Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and bespoke databases, are essential.
