About the Role
Who are TPS?
TPS provides independent garages and bodyshops with high-quality Genuine Parts and products for servicing and repairing Volkswagen Group vehicles. TPS is part of the Volkswagen Group, including Audi, SEAT, ŠKODA, Volkswagen passenger cars, and Commercial Vehicles. It operates a national network of TPS Centres with a 1,500-strong workforce, fostering a motivating and inclusive environment focused on Learning and Development.
What will you be doing?
As a Parts Sales Executive, you will work with the Sales Manager and team to meet the business and sales objectives of the Centre:
* Achieve personal KPIs and revenue targets with target customers
* Identify parts to meet customer requirements accurately
* Utilize product promotions effectively to meet targets
* Identify and leverage sales opportunities within the customer base
* Maintain product knowledge and awareness of competitors
* Build strong relationships with customers through regular contact
* Provide excellent customer service by understanding needs and responding effectively
* Communicate timely updates on credit status
* Support the TPS Centre team to ensure good working relationships and service
* Collaborate with the Sales Manager to achieve sales targets
* Handle calls and inquiries within KPIs using approved greetings
* Use all systems properly for searching and ordering parts
* Complete documentation accurately and promptly
* Manage cash and credit transactions according to TPS guidelines
What are we looking for?
* A self-starter with a proven track record in building relationships and achieving sales in a B2B environment
* Confident communicator with experience in fast-paced or telesales environments
* Passion for delivering excellent customer service
* Strong verbal and written communication skills to build stakeholder relationships
* A team player with drive to meet individual and team targets
* Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
* IT literate, preferably with MS Excel knowledge
