Production Operative - Temp to Perm
Location: Bacup
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Shifts: Wednesday to Saturday
Our client in Bacup is currently looking for a Production Operative to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.
Role Responsibilities:
* Operating a spray machine to coat foam products
* Performing repetitive tasks with attention to detail
* Manual handling of materials and products
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Shift Pattern:
* Wednesday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
* Thursday & Friday: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
* Saturday: 6:00 AM - 11:30 AM
What We're Looking For:
* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
* Physically fit - able to handle manual, repetitive tasks
* Able to commit to the shift pattern
* Previous production or manufacturing experience is a bonus, but not essential
