We are recruiting an experienced Traffic Marshal for several uing construction projects across Leicester. This role is ideal for someone confident in managing vehicle movements, maintaining safe access routes, and supporting daily site operations.
Role OverviewAs a Traffic Marshal, your duties will include:
1. Directing vehicle and plant movement on-site
2. Managing access and egress for deliveries
3. Maintaining safe pedestrian and traffic routes
4. Assisting with general site duties when required
️ RequirementsAll candidates must have:
5. Valid Traffic Marshal/Banksman certificate
6. Valid CSCS card
7. Previous experience in a similar role
8. Strongmunication skills and a positive, can‑do attitude
9. Reliability, punctuality, and good awareness of site safety
