The Role Based in the Rainham office in Kent, you will work directly under the director who leads the office, managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload. The work is predominantly freehold sales and purchases, with a smaller proportion of leasehold matters and occasional new build purchases. You will also handle right to buy transactions, shared ownership matters, transfers of equity, and remortgages. You will take ownership of files from instruction through to completion, supported by an experienced local team.
