Tendley Quarries (of Holcim UK) is a leading manufacturer and supplier of Asphalt, recycled and Aggregate products to the construction industry. What Youll Do: As the Operational Performance Manager, youll be the driving force behind our operational efficiency and business performance. Youll lead process improvements across crushing, asphalt, and wash plants, while also supporting the development of future recycling operations. Youll have full operational oversight of two low-volume quarries and manage costs across all four business units. Key Responsibilities: ? Identify and implement strategies to boost productivity, quality, and profitability ? Track and analyse KPIs to improve safety, environmental, and quality performance ? Build and enhance data processes using Excel/Google apps ? Deliver actionable insights and reports to senior management ? Lead resource planning, budgeting, and forecasting ? Oversee project and capex delivery aligned to business growth ? Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and reporting systems ?
