We are looking for a skilled and motivated Lift Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair of a wide range of lift systems, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:
* Install, service, and maintain lifts, escalators, and associated equipment
* Diagnose faults and carry out repairs in a timely manner
* Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
* Respond to breakdowns and emergency call-outs
* Ensure all work complies with relevant safety standards and regulations
* Complete accurate service reports and documentation
* Liaise with clients and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Lift Engineer or in a similar role
* Strong knowledge of lift systems, components, and control systems
* Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
* Good understanding of health and safety regulations
* Full UK driving licence
* Relevant qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent) preferred
Desirable Skills:
* Experience with a range of manufacturers and lift types
* Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
