Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and winning new business opportunities in the CNC laser cutting, precision sheet metal and fabrication industry. They are tasked with building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities Develop and implement plans to identify new markets Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve sales growth Collaborate with other members of the team to gain insight into the various manufacturing processes Reports on sales performance and market insights Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the organisation’s services Requirements Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the precision sheet metal industry Proficiency in e-mail, excel and interrogating production system databases Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving This position offers an engaging environment for a motivated professional eager to make a significant impact on organisational growth.
