We are looking for an experienced and confident Senior Night Care Assistant to support our residents throughout the night and lead the night team in delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care. Experience supporting people living with dementia is highly desirable.

About the Role
* Leading the night care team and ensuring high standards of care
* Supporting residents in line with their individual care plans
* Administering medication safely and accurately in line with policy and training
* Completing and overseeing night‑time documentation, handovers, and care records
* Ensuring the safety, wellbeing, dignity, and comfort of all residents
* Acting as the senior point of contact during the night
About You
* Previous experience in a senior or shift‑leading role is preferred
* Strong knowledge of dementia care
* Confident and competent in the administration of medication
* NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is preferred — if you haven't completed this yet, we can support you to achieve it
* Able to lead by example and support the night team
* A caring, patient and professional approach
