We offer a range of quality own-brand and high street restaurants and cafés, with family-friendly menus and excellent service. The Food and Beverage department at Center Parcs employs around 350 team members across nine restaurants, cafés and bars, plus a production kitchen and several concessionary units including brands such as Bella Italia and Café Rouge.
Kitchen Team Leader / Chef de Partie | £14.61 per hour
Note: All colleagues in the listed restaurants benefit from a discretionary service charge added to bills.
Responsibilities
* Prepare, cook and present food to agreed company standards.
* Provide general supervision and coaching to junior staff; support personal development.
* Deputise for the Assistant Kitchen Manager in their absence; supervise the unit chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operation.
* Assist with cost of sales management for your unit through effective use of ordering, stock and portion control and minimising food wastage.
Hours and Location
Working straight shifts, contracted to 150 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. The days/hours may vary each week, but contracted hours are guaranteed. The village is open 365 days a year, so hours will include public/bank holidays and during Christmas/New Year on a rota basis.
Please note you must be able to reliably commute to Center Parcs Sherwood Forest (NG22 9DN).
