Project Worker 1 - Community Nursery Nurse Barking and Dagenham Children and Families Health Service (Universal 0-19). NELFT delivers the Healthy Child Programme in partnership with Barnardo's. We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Community Nursery Nurse to join our service. Our teams are fully integrated consisting of Health Visitors, School Nurses, Community Staff nurses, Clinical Support Workers, Community Nursery Nurses and Administrators. If you want to make a difference to families within the community then this role is for you! Nursery Nurse role You will work with families using a variety of interventions within the family home, health clinic, schools and family hubs. You will complete Ages and Stages health reviews reviews at key stages of life to identify early intervention. You will promote health and wellbeing. Skills required for working in an integrated team You will work with families to help them feel more confident and supported in their daily lives. You will work with partner agencies to deliver local services within Barking and Dagenham. You will help our community stay healthy by working in the friendly and professional way that NELFT and Barnardo's expect. You will have completed a Childcare qualification or gained experience of working with families or early years settings.
