Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed professional to join us as a Teaching Assistant.
The Successful Candidate Will
1. Mentor, support, and inspire learners by assisting with curriculum-based learning in the classroom, home tuition, outreach, and outdoor activities.
2. Assist in preparing learning materials and contribute to achieving learning objectives with a strong focus on behavioral management.
3. Provide daily reports on learners' progress and barriers to learning.
4. Interact regularly with parents and caregivers.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
1. A committed and passionate attitude towards students with SEND.
2. At least two years of experience working in a SEND environment or similar provision.
3. A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is advantageous.

At North Bridge Enterprise College
We welcome you to North Bridge Enterprise College, established in 2013 for pupils at risk of permanent exclusion due to challenging behaviors or requiring specialized interventions beyond mainstream provision, focusing on KS3 to KS4.
