Business Development Manager – Regenerative Aesthetics

Join a global company specialising in exosome regenerative medicine for the medical aesthetics sector. The company is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales and strengthen relationships with leading aesthetic clinics across the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a UK team in its infancy and take full ownership of a high-potential territory, selling one of the fastest-growing treatments in aesthetics. With exosomes experiencing a surge in demand, you'll be at the forefront of a rapidly expanding market - with the autonomy to shape your own success.

Role Overview

This field-based role is ideal for a commercially minded individual who thrives in clinical environments and takes a scientific, consultative approach to business development. You will manage the full sales cycle while providing training and ongoing support to ensure long-term client satisfaction and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive new business development across aesthetic clinics
* Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, demonstrations, and closing
* Deliver training and onboarding for new clients to ensure product confidence and usage
* Build long-term relationships through regular follow-ups, support visits, and education
* Act as a trusted advisor to clinic owners and practitioners, tailoring solutions to their needs
* Collaborate closely with marketing and leadership to refine messaging and strategy
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
* Work autonomously in a fast-paced, start-up environment with minimal supervision

Candidate Profile

* Degree in life sciences or related field or a clinical background is preferred
* 3 yrs + experience in sales within the medical aesthetics industry or related sectors
* Strong background in both new business generation and account management
* Confident delivering product training and managing post-sale support
* Commercially minded, proactive, and able to work independently
* Comfortable discussing clinical benefits and outcomes in a scientifically credible way
* Fluent in English, with strong communication and presentation skills
* UK driving licence
