Its a dynamic, commercially driven position focused on sourcing top talent, developing client relationships, and delivering successful placements. Key Responsibilities Actively source, engage and screen talented finance & accountancy candidates Carry out high-volume outbound sales activity, including cold calling, BD outreach and client follow-ups Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to placement Build strong market knowledge and become a go-to partner for both clients and candidates Develop long-term relationships with businesses across NI, ROI and NYC Consistently meet KPIs, activity metrics and revenue targets Who Were Looking For Previous sales experience is essential (telesales, B2B, door-to-door, call centre or similar fast-paced environments) Confident, resilient and motivated by competition and results Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily Excellent communicator with strong influencing and rapport-building skills Ambitious, target-driven and eager to progress Willing to learn quickly and take on feedback Recruitment experience is beneficial but not required Interested?
