Now seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join the team, overseeing Electrical installations on a variety of new build projects. Project sectors include Education, Healthcare, and MOD, all delivered to the highest standards of quality and compliance.
You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining excellent relationships on site, being an integral part of the successful delivery
Responsibilities to include ;
* Supervise and coordinate Electrical installation works on site
* Manage subcontractors and direct labour to ensure efficient delivery
* Ensure all works are carried out in line with health & safety regulations
* Monitor progress against programme and report to senior management
* Maintain quality control standards and ensure compliance with specifications
* Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other trades on site
* Assist in resolving any technical or operational challenges
The successful individual ;
* Proven experience within an Electrical Supervisor role within the M&E or construction sector
* Strong background working on new build projects
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and site procedures
* Relevant Electrical and Supervisor qualifications
