1. Competitive basic salary up to £38,000 with an OTE potential of up to £40,000
2. Flexible working options including part-time roles available
3. Monday to Friday working hours from 08:00 to 17:00 with a 60-minute lunch break - Part time hours considered.

5. Regular team initiatives such as Monday morning breakfast
6. Christmas shutdown from midday December 23rd to January 2nd, paid and not deducted from holiday allowance
Duties associated with the MOT Tester & Technician position:
7. Performing MOT inspections to industry standards
8. Servicing and repairing a variety of vehicles efficiently and accurately
9. Conveying test results and additional work requirements clearly to the service reception team
10. Conducting vehicle diagnostics and repairs as required
11. Keeping up-to-date with technical knowledge and regulations
12. Maintaining high standards of quality inspection and customer service
13. Adhering to safety and workshop policies at all times
Candidate requirements for the MOT Tester & Technician:
14. Proven experience as an MOT Tester & Technician, Sole Tester or part-time applicants considered
15. Valid MOT testing certification
16. Good understanding of vehicle diagnostics and repair procedures
17. Able to work under pressure and manage workload effectively
18. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
19. Strong communication and team-working skills
20. Full driving licence
