A leading international law firm is seeking a talented Employment Associate (3–5 PQE) to join its highly regarded London team.
* £100,000 – £125,000

Working closely with a Legal 500 recognised partner, the successful candidate will advise on the employment aspects of complex, cross-border corporate transactions for multinational clients.
The role
The team specialises in advising on employment issues arising from major international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, multi-jurisdictional carve-outs, outsourcings, business transfers and global reorganisations.
The successful candidate will be involved in:
* Employment aspects of M&A and corporate transactions
* TUPE and international employee transfers
* Global restructurings and reorganisations
* Workforce strategy in the context of international business change
Recent work includes
* Advising on the separation and sale of a global entertainment subsidiary
* Acting on a significant multi-jurisdictional healthcare carve-out
* Supporting a private equity acquisition of a global cybersecurity business
Candidate Requirements
* 3–5 years’ PQE in employment law
* Experience advising on transactional employment matters
* Strong academic background
* Training and/or experience within a recognised employment or international firm
