Role: Registered Care Home Manager
Location: Spalding
Salary: £55,000 per annum + Performance Bonus
Are you an experienced Registered Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality dementia care? We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled leader to take the helm of a well-established, medium-sized residential care home in Spalding.
About the Role:
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and staff performance. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive provider committed to delivering exceptional care to older adults, many of whom are living with dementia.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strong, effective leadership to the care team
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and CQC standards
Promote a person-centred approach to care
Manage budgets and resources efficiently
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and professionals
Drive continuous improvement and maintain a culture of excellenceWhat We’re Looking For:
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Registered Manager in a care home setting
Strong background and understanding of dementia care
Proven ability to lead, develop and motivate teams
Sound knowledge of CQC regulations and best practices in social care
NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care (or working towards)What We Offer:
