We are recruiting an HGV Driver to join our supportive network of professional drivers, covering our Whitburn Operation Centre and the surrounding area. You'll be working from Monday to Friday, with no nights out or bank holiday working, so you'll benefit from a great work-life balance and have more time to yourself. As a Car Transporter Driver, you'll load, collect, and deliver accident-damaged vehicles, often requiring physical effort. This full-time, Monday to Friday role offers a great work-life balance with no bank holiday work. Drivers must comply with legal and company standards, performing vehicle inspections and reporting any issues. No transporter experience? No worries - we'll provide 3 weeks of one-on-one training and ongoing CPC training. If you have a Cat C licence, you can upskill to CE after completing your probation. A reasonable salary expectation based on an average on 7 vehicle collections per day, would be approx. £44,424 per annum. What we need from you: HGV Licence Class 1 or Class 2 Current CPC A good understanding of the EC Drivers Hours and Working Time regulations using a tachograph.
