Hours: 8am – 4pm, Monday to Friday
MJ Quinn is looking for a proactive and organised Supply Chain Coordinator to join our busy Supply Chain Department. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in logistics, stock control or materials coordination who enjoys working with multiple teams and keeping operations running smoothly.
About The Department
Our Supply Chain team ensures that all materials, tooling and equipment required for new engineer deployment and ongoing operational activities are available when needed. We manage supplier relationships, demand planning, purchasing and commercial negotiations across the MJ Quinn Telecoms division.
Our mission is to deliver the right equipment at the right time, maintain accurate stock levels, support operational readiness and continuously improve supply processes.
The Role
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring training programmes and operational activities are fully supported. You'll act as the central link between the Training School, Operational Managers, Stores, Fleet and Supply Chain teams—turning training and operational plans into accurate supply requirements.
You'll help identify equipment needs, plan fulfilment timelines, manage stock movements and support efficient use of assets across the business.

Inventory & Process Control
* Maintain accurate inventory data, including lead times and availability
* Support cycle counts and resolve stock discrepancies
* Reduce overstocks, shortages and obsolete items
* Identify supply risks linked to new starters, training growth or mobilisation
* Contribute to improving supply chain processes
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
* Act as the coordination point for Training, Operations, Stores, Fleet and Supply Chain
* Communicate requirements, timelines and constraints clearly
* Escalate risks such as delays, capacity issues or conflicting priorities
* Provide reporting on kit readiness, stock levels and supply performance
Continuous Improvement
* Recommend improvements to forecasting, kit standardisation and supply efficiency
* Support initiatives to reduce excess stock and optimise working capital
* Promote consistent, efficient processes across training‑related supply activities
