Exciting opportunities have arisen within the Access to Health Records team. These 2 roles will be based at the Royal Victoria Hospital, Folkestone.
The team is focused on service delivery and patient care. We are looking for individuals who are self‑motivated and have a genuine desire to give gold‑standard care at every level.
Overview
The Access to Health Records team operates from 08:30 am to 16:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
* Support one or more teams (Medical or non‑Medical staff).
* Maintain strict confidentiality when dealing with patients, staff and other health service business.
* Carry out all Access to Records duties in compliance with departmental targets, the Health Records Operational Policy, the Data Protection Act and the Access to Health Records Act 1990.
* Handle internal and external telephone enquiries.
* Use keyboard skills, data input, moderate use of display screen equipment and manual handling of healthcare records.
Requirements
We cannot offer visa sponsorship for this role. If you hold a Graduate/Post‑Study work visa, you may only work in this role on a fixed‑term basis until the expiry date of your visa.
