Our client, a large rail telecoms business, is looking for a Resource Co-Ordinator to play an integral part in the business, assisting the Head of Operations to oversee resource allocations and optimisation across projects.
Daily Duties for this role include:
1. Maintaining and updating accurate resource tracker.
2. Working with the supply chain to recruit additional resources as required.
3. Managing and maintaining strong relationships with the supply chain.
4. Benchmarking rates, experience, and qualifications to ensure ongoing quality of resources.
5. Preparing and distributing reports on resource statistics and trends.
6. Managing onboarding of new resources and maintaining resource records.
7. Ensuring records are up-to-date to comply with audits and legal requirements (training records, occupational health records, etc.).
8. Organising and booking training when required.
9. Providing data for fatigue management.
10. Ensuring all timesheets are submitted and approved on time and accurately.
Experience, Education, & License Requirements:
1. Experience in recruitment, labour/resource management, or a human resources role.
2. Industry experience related to construction or rail sector.
3. Managing or recruiting electricians, telecoms engineers, and operatives (desirable).
4. Minimum 3 years' experience in resource management or recruitment, labour management.
5. Minimum 3 years demonstrating excellent organisation skills in a fast-paced environment.

4. Proficient in all Microsoft packages.
5. Proficient in using social media (LinkedIn).

8. Effective communication skills, able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
