Salary: £110,000 - 130,000 per year Requirements: Deep experience across ServiceNow, including architecture, development, administration, and integrations Strong track record delivering end-to-end ServiceNow programmes in a consulting environment Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification; implementation certifications preferred ITIL Foundation and a solid understanding of SaaS and on-premise architectures Collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and a focus on inclusive ways of working Responsibilities: Partner with senior leaders, including C-suite, to advise on ServiceNow strategy and enterprise transformation Lead the design and delivery of complex ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules and environments Translate business challenges into clear, scalable ServiceNow architectures and roadmaps Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients and collaborate closely with internal teams Contribute to propositions, bids, and thought leadership that support the growth of the advisory practice Support knowledge sharing, mentoring, and continuous improvement across the team Technologies: Support ITIL Security ServiceNow DevOps More: We are a growing advisory practice helping organisations unlock the full value of ServiceNow.
