A Bit About The Job
In this role, you will oversee the delivery of business-driven change within UKGI Finance, ensuring that finance requirements are designed, built, tested, and embedded into operational processes. You will manage a team of change managers and work collaboratively across Finance and project teams to impact assess projects, prepare and review plans, and manage emerging risks. This role is crucial for ensuring the safe delivery of multiple finance change projects.
Skills And Experience We're Looking For
* A good understanding of operational finance processes, having worked in this area
* Ability to understand end-to-end accounting and system flows of financial data
* A solid understanding of accounting and financial controls
* Understanding of key systems
* Experience in change delivery
