Bank Support Worker
Shift Pattern: Bank hours - You will be required to work a 24 hour shift - 8:00am - 20:00pm then night 20:00pm - 8:00am involving a sleep in during the night shift. We have a rewarding opportunity for the right person to work with an individual living in their family home in Tamworth.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality 1:1 care tailored to the individual’s needs.
* Engage the person in meaningful activities and take them out in the community to promote social interaction and well-being.
* Support with household tasks to maintain a clean and organized living environment that fosters comfort and independence.
* Demonstrate clear and confident communication in the individual’s preferred manner to build a strong, trusting relationship.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Extensive Autism knowledge and experience
* Experience with learning disabilities
* Daily life management skills
* Be local to Tamworth and able to drive a car with a full UK Driving Licence

The role sits within Acuity Care Group’s LD&A (Learning Disabilities & Autism) family. You will be supported by an experienced hands-on Team Leader. Acuity Care Group is a Supported Living healthcare provider with three specialist divisions: LD&A – Learning Disabilities & Autism, Bespoke, Team Brain Injury. We work in a wide variety of locations to support adults and children with complex care needs and a range of physical and mental disabilities.
