The role
16th June, 2026 We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our afternoon shift on a full time basis. The successful applicant will have previous experience leading a small team, operating forklifts, data entry and inventory experience. We are based in Ingleburn with plenty of onsite parking. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for stable afternoon shift work with consistent hours and long-term potential. Willing to train & develop the successful candidate. Hours of Work Monday to Friday 2:30pm - 11:00pm Key Responsibilities Operating a forklift safely and efficiently Receiving, dispatching, and storing goods Loading and unloading materials Picking and packing orders Maintaining accurate stock control and inventory records - Computer skills esstential General warehouse and store duties Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean and organised What We're Looking For Valid LF Forklift Licence (essential) Previous experience in a storeman or warehouse role Previous supervisory experience Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Intermediate computer skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable with a strong work ethic What's on Offer Pay rate from $38 casual, or $33 Permanent Stable Monday to Friday afternoon shift Ongoing work with potential for long-term opportunity Supportive team environment Ingleburn location If you're looking for a consistent afternoon shift role with forklift work in a growing manufacturing business, we'd love to hear from you.
