FCA Team Supervisor
Pay: £15.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday
Location: Epsom (must live within commute of Leatherhead or Epsom)
Contract: Mid‑late June 2026 to mid‑September 2026. Full commitment required.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 3-4 colleagues in an office‑based setting.
- Make outbound calls to existing business clients to discuss annual product and service enhancements; not a cold‑calling role.
- Support team to reach targets set by the Project Lead, including product training as provided.
Qualifications
- Excellent telephone manner
- Experience in the Financial Services or Insurance sectors, preferably in a sales role
- Supervisory / team‑leader experience
- Interest in the Financial Services industry and/or sales
- IT savvy
- Committed and reliable
