Hours: Full-time (flexible working available)

We are seeking a committed and skilled Family Support Worker & Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)
to join our Wider Leadership Team (WLT), working across our three campuses.
You will:
- Hold a visible leadership role as part of the WLT.
- Work directly with families to remove barriers, improve attendance, and build resilience.
- Act as a Deputy DSL, responding to safeguarding concerns, liaising with external agencies, and ensuring robust record keeping.
- Partner with our Assistant Headteachers for Wellbeing and Communities to drive inclusive practice.
