About The Role
Working Days: Monday - Friday 0700 until 1830

Key responsibilities include:
1. Provide exceptional customer service, welcoming and guiding court users.
2. Monitoring premises and visitors via CCTV and x-ray machines, along with other security checks such as using hand-held metal detectors and bag searches on arrival.
3. Patrolling and securing access to buildings and satellite locations, maintaining contact with the control room via radios.
4. Responding to panic alarms in Judges' rooms, courts, and offices.
5. Responding to security issues, recording, and reporting incidents.
The Ideal Candidate Should Meet the Following Criteria:
1. Must have the Right to Work in the UK.
2. Enhanced DBS and BS7858 security clearance will be completed for the successful candidate.
3. SIA Licence.
4. Strong people and customer service skills.
5. Good diligence and high work standards.
6. Effective communication skills.
