The Business Development Manager Opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, your role will focus on generating new client opportunities and growing our footprint within the recruitment market. You'll be expected to:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across your region or sector
* Build strong client relationships and tailor recruitment solutions to their needs
* Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and market insight
* Create and present proposals aligned with company values and service levels
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
* Track, manage, and analyse your sales pipeline and performance metrics
* Stay up to date on market trends to remain one step ahead of the competition

What We’re Looking For
To hit the ground running, you’ll need:
* Previous experience in a B2B sales or business development role
* A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* The ability to consult, influence, and close deals with decision-makers
* Experience in selling services (recruitment or similar) is highly desirable
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* A self-starter attitude with strong time management and organisational skills
* A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites
