Associate Paraplanner – INTERNAL ONLY
Hybrid role based from any of Succession Wealth's South Region office bases (Plymouth, Bristol, Salisbury, Amersham, Hitchin, Oxford, London)
12-month fixed term contract / Secondment

Due to our continuing growth, Succession now has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, enthusiastic and technically minded professional to join our Paraplanning Unit.
In this role you will work as part of our South Financial Advice team. You will be closely supported by the Paraplanner Team Leader along with our Paraplanning Training Team, to work towards your goal of becoming a fully competent, qualified and signed off Paraplanner.
On a day-to-day basis you can expect to be:
1. Answering process queries and providing day-to-day support for the Wealth Planners.
2. Undertaking research and analysis of suitable products in line with the Financial Planner’s recommendations.
3. Drafting recommendations that articulate the Wealth Planner’s requirements, in line with the client’s needs, circumstances and objectives.
4. Keeping up to date with product knowledge.
5. Maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and communicating in a confident and friendly manner.
To be successful in the role you will need:
6. To have completed, or to be close to completing, a Diploma in Financial Advice.
7. At least 12 months experience as a Client Delivery Lead.
8. Prior industry experience.
9. To be articulate in both verbal and written communication.
10. To be a team player with a good work ethic.
11. To be driven in your ambition to become a fully qualified Paraplanner.
12. To be coachable and willing to learn.
