The team advises developers, contractors, funders and public sector bodies on the full range of non-contentious construction matters. Typical work includes drafting and negotiating building contracts, consultant appointments, collateral warranties and supporting major development and regeneration projects. You'll be working alongside friendly, experienced lawyers who are known for giving junior solicitors plenty of responsibility, support and client contact from day one.
