Youll get the chance to work at one of Arlas flagship Dairies with state of the art equipment and solid career development .As a Senior Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will support the site as critical support on breakdowns as well as drive planned preventative maintenance activities across automated processing and packaging equipment. Alongside your day to day, youll get involved in CI and project work. Youll contribute to Arlas continued growth. This will be working on equipment including; Milk pasteurisation, homogenisers, separators process systems, filers, cartoners, bottle labellers, cappers, packers, blow moulding machines, weighers, flow wrappers, shrink wrappers, trolley packers. Palletisers, de-palletisers, conveyor lines (chain, spiral), robots (Kuka), vision systems, Spectrum TX rejection systems / OEMS such as Siemens, Krones, SPX flow, Elopak, ISOMA, Hueft, Nepas, Grunwald. What youll need in order to be successful in the role Time served /Apprentice trained / NVQ Level 3 or proven experience with fast paced manufacturing environment Strong experience as a multiskilled engineer (shift engineer/ maintenance engineer/ engineering technician and the likes) Experience in mechanical and electrical engineering within Manufacturing, Production and Process environments Ideally you will have experience with fast- moving machinery, pumps, valves, hydraulics, pneumatics, three phase motors, variable speed drives, inverter drives, sensors, relays, PLCs (Siemens), Site Services (steam generation plant, chilled water systems, compressors, processes), CIP systems (chemical cleaning plant) Computer literate SAP, Microsoft Office, SCADA, Trend systems, HMIS Things Wed Love To Tell You About Arla We are a farmer- owned cooperative.
