About the Role
Caledonian Credit Union is recruiting a visionary and strategic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organisation through its next phase of growth and development. The CEO will be responsible for delivering the strategic objectives set by the Board, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building strong partnerships across the community and sector.
The successful applicant should be educated to degree level or equivalent.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and implementation of the credit unions strategy.
* Provide leadership to the staff team and foster a culture of accountability and service.
* Ensure regulatory compliance with PRA, FCA, and other applicable requirements.
* Deliver robust financial oversight and risk management.
* Represent the credit union externally to stakeholders, regulators, and partners.
* Promote financial inclusion and community development.
