Job Description
Our client in Paddock Wood is seeking a Yard Operative/labourer to join their friendly team. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, comfortable using tools, capable of heavy lifting and loading, and able to ensure the smooth transition of supplies. They should be upbeat, on the ball, and not shy of hard work. Customer service is key, as repeat custom is common in this industry.
Job Requirements
* Experience with using tools and being hands‑on
* Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads
* Own steel‑toe cap boots
* Previous experience in a yard/warehouse environment (preferred but not essential)
* Knowledge of roofing supplies (preferred but not essential)
* Strong work ethic
* Fantastic communication skills
