What you'll be doing:
1. Overall management of your team and interdependencies across the group, with responsibilities for the management and execution of all project-related activities.
2. Ability to forge positive relationships with the supply chain and subcontractors.
3. Management of all related health and safety standards, reporting and escalation.
4. Reporting site progress and activities to line management & at monthly progress & commercial meetings.
5. Contributing to the delivery of all work packages planned and scheduled by the project delivery team in line with programme constraints, quality standards and budgets.
6. Meeting and exceeding MEICA and client expectations at every step of the project lifecycle.
7. Contributing to and achieving relevant Project Manager related business unit and MEICA KPIs.
8. Chairing project-related and project-specific regular safety, production, and quality meetings.
9. Promoting within the team the efficient maintenance of high-quality records.
10. Developing cost forecasts throughout the project and bringing schemes in within budget.
11. Contributing to future tender activities and work winning input.
12. Ensuring client specifications and requirements are met by reviewing progress and liaising with the MEICA and project team.
13. Promoting and maintaining health & safety on all projects with the Project Manager and their teams whilst dealing with any day-to-day unexpected problems during the project.

Essential
14. Excellent communication skills harnessing the ability to effectively manage our MEICA team, 3rd parties and MEICA & Civil clients
15. A team player with the ability to co-ordinate project-related activities with clients' consultants and 3rd parties

Qualifications:
24. Degree or equivalent (foundation degree HND, HNC)
25. Experience (10 years+) operating as a Project Manager managing and delivering multiple projects of varying complexity & value
26. Member of the APM, APM certified or equivalent (or experience-based)
27. SMSTS / SSSTS qualification
28. CSCS card qualification
29. First Aid qualification (optional)
30. 5-day SMSTS
