They are seeking a general manager who’s a born leader. You should have experience in overseeing business operations as well as human resources, and communications. The ideal candidate will be an expert communicator who has a strong ability to delegate responsibility and collaborate across a range of departments. Ultimately, you will be driven by a desire to lead the business to maximum productivity and efficiency.

* Review and improve organisational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes

Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day operations, assign monthly performance goals and ensure their completion, and accomplish your own goals
* Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve objectives for fees, profitability, and compliance
* Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively
* Delegate responsibilities to the best-qualified employees and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values
* Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of all involved
Required skills and qualifications
* Proven experience and success in a similar managerial role
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
* Ability to motivate and lead employees, and hold them accountable
* Strong working knowledge of operational procedures
* Travel between a multi office organisation
