Intelligence Architect (AI) | Agentic AI / Machine Learning | UK
Conquer AI is hiring Intelligence Architects who are builders who can take messy, real-world operational problems and turn them into AI systems that actually run in production.
This is not a research only role, and it’s not a pure architecture position detached from delivery. It is hands on, delivery focused, and outcome driven. You’ll work directly with clients, engineers, workflows, data, and AI systems to design and deploy production-ready solutions that create measurable operational impact.
You’ll be close to the business problem, close to the technical design, and close to the delivery.
What you’ll work on:
* Agentic AI systems
* LLM-powered enterprise applications
* RAG pipelines and knowledge systems
* Document intelligence and workflow automation
* AI-driven operational systems
* Data pipelines and orchestration
* API and enterprise system integrations
* Production AI systems deployed inside real client environments
What you’ll do:
* Run discovery sessions to understand how businesses actually operate
* Translate operational problems into clear technical approaches across AI, LLMs, APIs, workflows, and data systems
* Design end-to-end AI systems, not isolated components
* Work closely with engineers to build and ship production-ready solutions
* Build reliable, explainable, and scalable AI systems
* Own delivery from concept through deployment
* Help clients understand how AI can improve operational workflows
* Move quickly from ambiguity to working systems
We’re looking for:
* Strong software engineering and systems thinking capability
* Hands-on experience with AI, LLMs, RAG, ML systems, agents, or workflow automation
* Experience designing production systems and integrations
* Strong understanding of APIs, orchestration, data pipelines, and backend systems
* Ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
* Clear communication and client-facing confidence
* A bias for ownership, action, and delivery
