Qualifications and Experience

* A solid understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and behaviours of distress
* Experience leading multi‑disciplinary and safeguarding meetings
* Proven ability to manage supported living services and maintain compliance

* Willingness to register with CQC under a domiciliary care location
* Commitment to completing management development training (if not already achieved)
* Access to a vehicle and willingness to travel regularly
