Dimensions is expanding into new support settings across Shropshire, and we're looking for a proactive and confident Locality Manager to help shape and lead these services from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact as part of a growing team, supporting people with learning disabilities and autism to live fulfilling lives. Why Join Dimensions in Shropshire? As a Locality Manager, you'll play a key role in establishing and maintaining high‑quality, person‑centred services across newly developed supported living homes. You'll:

* Lead by Example: Build a culture of safe, empowering, and compliant care aligned with CQC and Dimensions standards
* Inspire Your Team: Promote independence, community engagement, and meaningful outcomes
* Manage Effectively: Oversee budgets, performance, and local partnerships to ensure excellent service delivery
* Shape New Services: Be instrumental in developing new homes and embedding best practices from day one

This is a remote role requiring regular travel across Shropshire. You'll work Monday to Friday (office hours), with flexibility to provide additional support when needed.


Qualifications and Experience

Are you an experienced and passionate care professional ready to lead in a new and exciting environment? We're seeking a dynamic leader with a strong background in care and service management. You'll need:

* A solid understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and behaviours of distress
* Experience leading multi‑disciplinary and safeguarding meetings
* Proven ability to manage supported living services and maintain compliance
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Willingness to register with CQC under a domiciliary care location
* Commitment to completing management development training (if not already achieved)
* Access to a vehicle and willingness to travel regularly
