Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Driver to join our team in Hillsborough. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our operations by ensuring timely and efficient vehicle deliveries and collections, contributing to our mission of providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
* Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently for car deliveries and collections
* Must have a trailer licence and be confident using a car trailer.
* Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles before and after transport.
* Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections.
* Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules.
* Collaborate with the team to optimize delivery routes.
* Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies.
* Assist with vehicle loading and unloading as needed.
* Provide exceptional customer service during interactions.
* Qualifications
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Proven experience as a driver or delivery driver.
* Strong mechanical knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
* Excellent communication skills for customer interactions.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Previous motor trade experience is an advantage.
