Senior Payment Services Administrator Farnham £26K - £28K per annum My client is seeking and experienced Payment Services Administrator to join their team in Farnham. You will take the lead in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement across all operations. You will * Analyse and import pay data from client submissions ranging from weekly, fortnightly and monthly payments effectively to ensure accurate outcomes on invoices and payment runs * Ensure the parameters of the imports adhere to legislative and company policies, including SLA’s * Monitor and process notifications that have been sent from other systems and departments and action accordingly * Seek approval for credit payments in line with company policies ensuring recordings and successful recovery * Provide data reports, information and reconciliations to clients to raise, assist and resolve any queries or discrepancies * Provide daily and weekly reporting in line with the closure of payment runs and week end processes, including HMRC submissions * Fully Understand and consider the implications processes have on payments in all areas, whilst ensuring they are compliant * Communicate and raise any cause for concern or process adjustments in a timely manner * Maintain a good, knowledgeable and collaborative relationship with those who engage with the department and understand the requirements and processes, seeking identifying areas for improvement The ideal candidate will: * Have a minimum of 1 years’ experience working within Payroll administration * Ability to process high volumes of data entry * Excellent accuracy, numeracy and attention to detail * Ability to work to strict deadlines * Experience working with Excel at a proficient level * Ability to work independently and part of a team * Ability to communicate effectively and confidently * Ability to accurately follow processes and procedures * Confident communicator (both written and verbal) and comfortable liaising with clients, customers and internal colleagues to build/maintain a good working relationship Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30am-5.30pm, and Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm. Following probation this role will be hybrid.
