Position Available | Chief Marketing & Brand Officer (CMBO)
Global Energy & Oil & Gas Venture – In Establishment Phase
A pioneering new energy company operating on the international stage and currently in its establishment phase is seeking a senior and experienced Chief Marketing & Brand Officer (CMBO) to join the company’s founding executive team.
The company focuses on international trade, initiating complex deals with governments and countries, partnerships with Majors and Trading Houses, and is developing a broad geo-strategic infrastructure for cross-border operations — combining business, digital, and brand innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leading the company’s global marketing strategy, including market development, commercial positioning, and penetration into governmental and industrial segments
• Establishing and managing a comprehensive 360° multi-channel marketing system, including content creation, digital media, direct marketing, institutional campaigns, PR, and ESG initiatives
• Building a trade-supportive marketing infrastructure: communication tools for business partners, value propositions for B2B clients, commercial brand management, and investor presentation development
• Formulating and implementing a unified marketing language across all company activities — both regionally and globally
• Integrating modern digital tools (Marketing Automation, CRM, Data-driven marketing) to lead measurable and performance-oriented marketing initiatives
• Managing close interfaces with headquarters, senior management, external consultants, and media providers to ensure effective execution of the marketing strategy
Requirements:
• Minimum 15 years of senior marketing and branding management experience, with a focus on complex global markets
• Deep familiarity with the energy, infrastructure, or trade sectors is a significant advantage
• Proven ability to lead strategic processes, develop unique value propositions, and build relevant brand language for diverse audiences
• Strong business orientation, understanding of pricing, market entry strategies, and close interaction with trading and business development functions
• Full professional fluency in English – mandatory
• Ability to operate in an entrepreneurial, flexible, and dynamic environment — with both systemic and executional thinking
Note:
This position is offered during the company’s establishment phase and therefore does not include a salary at this stage.
This is a unique opportunity to join the founding team of a breakthrough international energy venture and to lead the development of the company’s marketing presence and brand identity — from inception to global realization.
